HOW TO HANDLE GUESTS’ ACCOMMODATION
As a wedding planner, I suggest to book a venue that offers accommodation onsite. Should the venue you really love, does not offer rooms, no problem at all! I can help fine the nearby hotels. Of course it is preferable to pick a complete service venue so that you do not have to organize transfers or oblige your guests to drive after a long and funny party all-night long! I offer in my full package the handling of the accommodation booking so that you do not have to think of this. Or you may add the hotel information on your wedding website and let your guests do it on their own or through your wedding planner.
BENEFITS OF BRINGING YOUR OWN PHOTOGRAPHER FROM HOME
Not many decide to bring their own photographer from home because they are aware about the cost considering the travel fees. What we suggest is to reach out to the photographer and explain your plans, you will definitely find a solution together. Besides being local, you can organize engagement sessions together which is a fantastic way to break the ice and know them better – remember the photographer will be one of the vendors you will spend much of your time during the wedding day! And last not least, they become real friends that will accompany you all throughout your life (maternity sessions, newborn photo pictures, first birthday and so on…).

It is important to hire a local wedding planner because she is familiar with the location and consequently could suggest the best vendors and services that best match your desires and wishes and budget.
